Primp and Prime Policies
 
We have developed  these policies with you in mind.Please help us service you better by following them.  We are all about order; and do our best not to over book our clients.  We want to make sure that we are respectful of all our guest time so we ask that you help by following Salon Policies! Thank you in advance! 
 
 
Services
We practice that our clients come first. We appreciate any suggestions or comments.
 Please feel comfortable in disclosing any concerns for we strive to please.


Refunds
Gift certificates and services are non-refundable. Hair applaince may be returned for store credit up to 10 days after purchase. Salon products are non-refundable.


Payment
We honor Visa, master card, Discover,Debit and Cash payments.

Cancellations and No-Show for Hair Menue Service
*Please give 24 hours or more notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $25 added to your next bill. Booking a same day appointment or booking less than 24hours in advance &  canceling your appointment is not an exception to this rule.
 
*
Due to limited seating,please do not bring any additional persons including children to the appointment with you unless they are being serviced.
    
*Online booking is here for your convenience,however,if you know your schedule,please prebook your appointment before you leave.
 
* We also offer standing weekly,& biweekly appointments. Prebooking helps us to be more organized & efficient in our booking.   
*A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking for all extensions application appointments.  The deposit goes towards the total cost of your service & is refundable when 24hours or more notice of cancelation is given.This is to eliminate cancellations, no shows and allow clients who really want the appointment time to confirm their scheduled appointments. 
                                                 No Deposit= No appointment, No exceptions.       
*If you are going to be more than 15 to 20 mins. late, please call us to make sure we can still take you.   

*  If you need to ask us a question, please call us during our business hours. If you text us,you may experience a delayed response time due to the fact that we are busy servicing our guests. If we do not answer, please leave a message or text or email, and we will get back to you.  If you want to make an appointment, it is best to book online. We do not have a receptionist,thus we may not answer the phone if we are in the middle of certain services but we will get back to you.

There will be no exceptions to our policies.Thank you & we appreciate your business!

Cancellation's for weaving/extensions: spa express or spa day's


 
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for a reserved service. Changes in services made less than 24 hours in advance or due to lateness will be charged for the amount of the original service. You will have 60 days to reschedule, for the same service.(This applies for fusion extension's, braids, spa express treatment and spa days)
 
 
These reserved services are to benefit you;when you no call no show this does not benefit us.
 
*There will be a sitting fee of $50.00 if you need our service on days the salon is not open.
 
*There is a sitting fee of 10.00 per hour for extended hours;if you need our service after last appointments taken.(see appointment book for the last appointment hour's)
 
*Please no children,unless they are being served.Thank you in advance.
 


Gift Certificates
The Perfect Gift! Customize your gift or choose from Primp and Prime's Personal Collection .Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. 
Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
 
Personal Belongings
Primp and Prime Salon and our staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.
Please do not bring valuables to your appointment.
 
When receiving color treatments, please do not wear anything that you mind getting color, we try our best to protect your clothing.
 
 
 
 
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices vary with length of hair and time for service.
Prices are determined at the discretion of your stylist.
